Arthur W K McKay

Arthur McKay, qualified as a Solicitor in 1975 and is one of the founder members of Paterson Robertson & Graham, the former trading name of The PRG Partnership. With more than 30 years experience in the law he has built up a substantial client following. During his early years with the firm he was a court solicitor. His expertise is in commercial and tax law. Arthur has substantial experience in advising businesses in all aspect of their affairs including business structures, partnerships, companies and related employment and tax issues. He handles the completion of large estates for high net worth individuals. He is an adviser to a number of football clubs and footballers. He is also a part time Tribunal Chairman. His interests are football, golf and Currie Rugby Club.

David Dickson qualified as a Solicitor in 1980 and joined The PRG Partnership in 
David has a wealth of experience and know-how on property matters. He divides his time between commercial and residential matters specializing in advising private buyers and investors in a wide range of property matters.

John G A Mackie

John Mackie studied law at the University of Aberdeen and joined PRG as a trainee solicitor in 1985. He remained with the firm as an assistant and then an associate and was appointed a partner in 1995. John has practised in many areas of the law but has a particular interest in media and intellectual property law as well as claims based on contract and professional negligence. He acts for a number of high profile clients from the entertainment industry as well as from the worlds of construction and commerce. He also maintains a successful private client practice at the firm’s head office in Glasgow and at Erskine. John is married with twin daughters. His interests include music and the performing arts as well as a recently acquired passion for photography.

Jennifer McCulloch

Jennifer McCulloch originally joined the firm as a Trainee in 1999 and qualified as a Solicitor in 2001. She was assumed as a partner in 2007. Jennifer is particularly involved in managing our uninsured loss recovery unit based at our Glasgow office and pursuing court actions in such reparation claims and other civil litigation. She also assists in the supervision of our domestic conveyancing unit.   She also provides practical employment advice to a wide range of clients dealing with both employee and employer clients in relation to issues such as unfair dismissal and discrimination.    She also deals with non-contentious employment matters including drafting and reviewing employment contracts and policies.

Sheila Munro joined the firm in 1989 as a paralegal and worked in the executry department of the Glasgow office for some years before qualifying in law through the Law Society of Scotland’s examination system. She has been an associate of the firm since …. and specialises in winding up executry estates, and the preparation of wills and powers of attorney, and is experienced in domestic conveyancing.

Angus Graham qualified as a Solicitor in 1978. The business in which he was involved as a Partner from 1981 merged with The PRG Partnership in 1991. He is the Managing Partner of our North Glasgow Office and is currently our Cash Room Partner responsible for our Cash Department based at our Royal Crescent Office. He principally handles domestic and commercial conveyancing, Inheritance Tax planning, the preparation of Wills and winding up of Executry Estates.

David Newton qualified as a Solicitor in 1974 and has been a partner in the firm for over 30 years, originally as a partner of Paterson Robertson & Graham, the former trading name of The Partnership. He is joint senior partner. David has been involved for many years in Committees of and is currently a member of The Council of the Law Society of Scotland. His main areas of practice are in Commercial Conveyancing and Civil Litigation. He also advises on all aspects of Family Law, dealing with divorce and separation; children and contact disputes; cohabitation agreements etc. He set up and has managed the firm’s Clydebank office since it opened in 1975 and supervises domestic conveyancing, wills, trusts and executries in that office. He is the firm’s client relations partner

Eugene Boyle

Eugene Boyle qualified as a Solicitor in 1983 and joined The PRG Partnership in 1998 and was assumed as a partner in 2001.   He is principally involved in all aspects of criminal work at District, Sheriff and High Court levelsand has appeared in courts throughout the whole of Scotland. He has a particular expertise in Road Traffic Law. He is also involved in Children’s Hearings and other Family Law related matters.

Gail Campbell

Gail Campbell

Gail Campbell joined the firm as a trainee, thereafter remaining with The PRG Partnership  when she qualified as an assistant solicitor in 2002. She holds an M.A.(hons) in Politics from the University of Glasgow, as well as attaining her LLB at Strathclyde University. Based at our Clydebank office, she deals primarily with all types of criminal matters throughout Scotland. Gail also has an interest in family law, in particular children’s referrals on both offence and care based grounds. She is an active member of the Faculty of Solicitors of Dunbartonshire and presently sits on their social committee.

Karen Yule initially joined the firm as a Trainee in 2004 and Qualified as a Solicitor in 2006. Karen has worked in our Clydebank office since joining the firm. She principally deals with residential conveyancing and Family Law including such matters as divorce, separation, child contact disputes, residence disputes and cohabitation agreement. She also deals with the preparation of Wills and the winding up of Executry Estates together with undertaking some commercial conveyancing work.

John Sullivan qualified in 1981 and joined The PRG Partnership in 1998. He was assumed as a partner in 2007. John has practiced in Kirkintilloch for about 25 years and has been principally working from the Kirkintilloch office of PRG since joining the firm.   Although principally involved in handling criminal and civil litigation he does deal with most aspects of general practice including conveyancing, wills and executries. His particular interest is in Family Law and he has been a member of the Family Law Association for many years.
